Erasing Events
You can delete a specific event in the calendar.
To delete an event:
1. From the main screen, press Menu, scroll to Organizer, and
press Select.
2. Scroll to Calendar and press Select.
3. Scroll to the day you wish to view and press Options.
4. Scroll to View day and press Select.
5. Select the event you wish to delete and press Options.
6. Scroll to Delete and press Select.
7. Press OK to confirm your decision.
You can set your calendar to automatically delete events that
occurred in the past.
To delete events scheduled in the past:
1. From the main screen, press Menu, scroll to Organizer, and
press Select.
2. Scroll to Calendar and press Select.
3. Press Options, scroll to Settings, and press Select.
4. Scroll to Auto-delete and press Select.
5. Scroll to Never, After 1 day, After 1 week, or After 1 month, and
press Select.
