Keyboard Indicators
Play/Pause Press this button to begin playing an audio CD, a
DVD movie or digital audio files. This button also
acts as a Pause button.

Stop Stops playing the CD, DVD or digital audio.

Next Skips forward to the next track, chapter or digital
file. Refer to Chapter 4, Operating Basics , for
details.

Previous Skips backwards to the previous track, chapter or
digital file. Refer to Chapter 4, Operating Basics ,
for details.

If Random or Shuffle is selected in Windows
®
Media Player, selecting Next
or Previous advances to a random selection.
Arrow Mode When the Arrow mode icon lights green, you can
use the keypad overlay (light gray labeled keys)
as cursor keys. Refer to the Keypad overlay
section in Chapter 5, The Keyboard .
Numeric Mode You can use the keypad overlay (light gray labeled
keys) for numeric input when the Numeric mode
icon lights green. Refer to the Keypad overlay
section in Chapter 5, The Keyboard .
Caps Lock The Caps Lock LED lights when you press the
Caps Lock key. When this light is on, pressing a
letter key on the keyboard produces an
uppercase (capital) letter.
