How to use the shortcut
function
Press keypad buttons in order shown
Press the SHORTCUT button
(a list of names of previously
created shortcuts will be
displayed. If this is the first
shortcut you are creating, the
display will be empty).
Press the ACTIVATE button and
highlight NEW ENTRY.
Press OK . An edit screen will
appear which has a name field
and a shortcut field. The word
NAME
flashes as a prompt to enter
a name for the shortcut.
Enter the name of the function
and the contents using the
keypad.
Press ACTIVATE .
Highlight SAVE ENTRY and
press
OK . The entry is stored.
Press the MENU button to return
to idle state.

Shortcut function
Your Diverse 2000 Deskphone has a
shortcut button which gives you access
to a shortcut menu. In the shortcut
menu you can store frequently used
functions as shortcuts which can be
accessed when the phone is in idle
state or on-line.
Each shortcut corresponds to a button
sequence which is saved under a
shortcut name and can then be retrieved
from the list of shortcut names, just like
a directory entry.
