The recorded image is corrected and saved as a new one.
• Movies, pictures shot by another camera, and previously fixed or edited pictures cannot be
corrected.
• When displaying edited pictures, they cannot be edited.
• Depending on the picture, the editing may not be effective.
• Editing an image may cause it to suffer a minor loss in quality.
This function registers your favorite still pictures as separate still pictures in the internal
memory. You can register up to 9 favorite pictures.

• Use the arrow pad to select a picture, and press
o.
• Registered pictures cannot be erased even by formatting the internal memory.
• A registered picture can be used as the startup screen picture or menu screen background
picture.

Note
• Please note that registered pictures cannot be edited, printed, copied to a card, transferred to
a computer, or played back on a computer.
This changes the image size of a picture and saves it as a new file.

execute the selected feature.
• Use
43 to display picture you want to edit and press o.
ALL Shadow adjustment and red-eye fix are
activated together.
SHADOW ADJ Edit only the portions that photographed dark
when there is backlighting.
REDEYE FIX Corrects a subject whith red-eye.
