6 Configuring PageScope Net Care Settings

Important!

To add settings used with a search for devices
compatible with SNMPv3

1. In the

SNMP Setting

section of the

Discovery Setting

screen,

click the

Add

button beside the

SNMPv3 Table

. The

SNMPv3

Setting

screen appears.

2. Type settings into the

User Name

Context Name

, and

Port

Number

boxes.

3. Click the

Apply

button. To cancel the operation, click the

Cancel

button instead.

To remove settings used with a search for devices
compatible with SNMPv3

1. Select the

Select

check box to the left of the settings that you wish

to delete from the

SNMPv3 Table

, and then click the

Remove

button.

• If all settings are deleted, devices compatible with SNMPv1 can

no longer be searched for.
