9 Obtaining and Viewing Device Job
History Data
PageScope Net Care maintains the job history data (prints, copies,
receptions and transmissions) that is obtained from each device.
The user can view the job history data for each device.
By viewing the job history data, you can check who performed what
type of operation (settings).
Important!
• Devices compatible with this function appear in the
Device List
of “9.3 Specifying Initial Device Settings for Obtaining Job
History Data” (p. 110).
• Before this function can be used with the devices listed below,
the e-mail settings must be specified. See “6.12 Specifying E-
Mail Transmission/Reception Settings” (p. 63) for more
information.
• magicolor7300 (Only with the optional hard disk drive
installed)
• magicolor2350 (Only with the optional hard disk drive
installed)
• Before this function can be used with devices other than those
listed above, the FTP Server function must be enabled from the
device.
