Press [Address] to enter the E-mail address of the destination, and then
press [OK].

Press [Register Name] to enter the register name, and then press [OK].

Press [Search Character] to set the Search Character, and then press
[OK].
– [Register Name] is entered automatically.
– For more information on how to input character, see p. 2-22.
– [Register Name] entered here is displayed in the Select Destina-
tions screen.
– The Search Character is used as a search key word when searching
a destination. For details of the method for setting the Search Char-
acter to [Common], contact your administrator.
