8. Align the notch on the new memory module with the tab on the memory
slot and then insert the new memory module into the slot at an angle of about
20 degrees. Make sure that the new memory module is inserted firmly and then
push down on the top edge. Make sure the latches lock the memory module in
place.
Notes:
• Handle the memory module carefully by its edges.
• Make sure that the memory module is secured in the slot and does
not move easily.
9. Reattach any parts and reconnect any cables that you have removed.
10. Reattach the memory shielding, computer cover and the computer stand.
