Problem

Cause and/or solution

Printing does not start

■

The printer power is off.

■

Printer is busy printing or is engaged in another session.

■

Printer has a full buffer.

■

Printer is in an error state. Correct the error.

■

The printer, camera, or computer (if using one) are not connected
to the network or are on different networks.

■

The IP address setting on the camera or printer is incorrect.
Change the IP address or set to Dynamic IP.

■

There is a problem with the network (see

Camera prints to the
wrong printer

■

The selected printer has the same name as the intended one, and
is on the same network.

Print is not complete

■

The printer was disconnected from the network in mid-print.
