5. Check if the POWER LEDs on both 648 units are lit 1 .
6. For the 648 units that did not power up, connect the 12V DC power adapters
to the power socket and connect the adapters to the mains electricity (not
shown on Figure 3).
Make sure that this time the POWER LED lights on each unit.
