Never place the appliance directly under a

fixed mains socket.

Before using for the first time, check

that the mains voltage in your home

corresponds to that indicated for the

appliance.

Never place the mains cable on the

appliance while it is still hot.

Always use the appliance in an upright

position.

Take care not to obstruct the hot air outlet

grilles or the air intake grille located at the

base of the appliance.

The user should never attempt to change

the cable. If, for any reason, the cable

requires changing, contact a technical

assistance service authorised by the

manufacturer.

Do not use this appliance in areas smaller

than 4m2.

Do not expose the convector to draughts

as this may effect its functioning.

Do not use the appliance to dry laundry.

Note: The appliance incorporates a safety

cut-off mechanism which turns the motor

off in the event of accidental overheating. If

this occurs, unplug the appliance from the

mains, turn off the switches and leave to

cool for 15 minutes.

Find and eliminate the cause of the

problem before switching the appliance on

again. If the appliance still fails to function

as normal, contact your nearest authorised

technical assistance service. •

This

appliance is not designed for use by people

(including children) with reduced physical,

sensory or mental abilities, or those with

lack of experience or knowledge, unless

they are supervised or instructed on the use

of the appliance by a person responsible

for their safety.

Children are not aware of the dangers

of electrical appliances. It is therefore

necessary to supervise them when they are

using the appliance!

Do not cover the air inlet or outlet when the

appliance is operating.

Do not cover the appliance during

operation to avoid reheating and fire risks.

6. INFORMATION FOR THE CORRECT

DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL AND

ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES

At the end of its working

life, the product must not be

disposed of as urban waste.

It must be taken to a special

local authority differentiated

waste collection centre or to

a dealer providing this service. Disposing

of a household appliance separately avoids

possible negative consequences for the

environment and health deriving from

inappropriate disposal and enables the

constituent materials to be recovered to

obtain significant savings in energy and

resources.

To remind you that you must collaborate

with a selective collection scheme, the

symbol shown appears on the product

warning you not to dispose of it in

traditional refuse containers.
