Fault Tracing

The iX Panel T100 is working, but one or more keys

are not working

1. Check that the ﬂex cables are correctly ﬁtted.
2. Replace the front according to the

section.

The touch screen is malfunctioning or is not

responding at all

1. Re-calibrate the touch screen according to the

sec-

tion.

2. Check that the ﬂex cable is correctly ﬁtted.
3. Replace the display of the operator panel according to the

section.

4. Check the touch interface on the power card.

Lines in display has wrong color or the display picture

is shifted

1. Check if the display has a wide vertical or horizontal area across the

display. It should be at least 2-3 cm wide with a grey or black color. See

for instructions on how to correct this.

2. Make sure the display cable is correctly ﬁtted.
3. Make sure the display cable is not folded or damaged in any way. Replace the

display cable according to the

section.

Low battery / No battery

1. Connect iX Panel T100 to an external power source to automatically charge

the battery.
