General Setup
1. TV Aspect Ratio
In the Se tup function ca lled T V Di splay, you set t he pl ayer to ou tput t he vi deo s ignal at th e
sam e as pect ratio as yo ur mo nitor. If th e mo nitor is wi desc reen forma t, se lect
WID E.
If it is as nor mal scre en (4 :3), c hoos e NO RMA L/PS (Pan and Scan ) or N ORMAL L/B
(Letterbo x).

Wide 16:9 WIDE SCREEN
Choose thi s set ting i f your DVD Player is connecte d to a widescre en TV.
( This opition is available only if the disc has a 16:9 displ ay aspect ratio .)
2. Angle Viewing
Some DVD discs contain prog ramming which allows you
to view a scene from a few diff erent cam era angles. You
can tell when a scene is so recorde d when an

is dis played on the screen. Th is mark wi ll only appear if you
have enabled t he Angle Mark f eatu re
in the DVD Setup menu.

Use this option t o set the OSD l anguage.
