applies in the following cases:
Except directory Calls to a number not stored in one of the
phone’s directories are barred.
All outgoing calls (1) All outgoing calls are barred.
International (1) Outgoing international calls are barred.
Except to home Outgoing calls except those to the
subscription country are barred.
