The following illustration is a configuration example of a home network with the receiver and a
server.
We recommend that you connect the server to the router with a wired connection.
A
For a wired LAN connection only.

For a wireless LAN connection only.
Be sure to use a wireless LAN router/access point.
Note
An audio playback on a server may occasionally be
interrupted when you use a wireless connection.
