4. At the other end of the USB DVI KVM cable set, connect the USB Type B
connector to the Type A USB port in the Port 1 KVM section.
Note: The USB DVI KVM cable set’s USB Type B connector can be
connected to any USB Type KVM port section, but the Port
Selection pushbutton in Step 5, below, must be Port 1.
5. Invoke Firmware Upgrade Mode (see page 26). The front panel orange
LEDs flash to indicate that Firmware Upgrade Mode is in effect.
