Recycling Lithium-Ion batteries
The following information for batteries recycle is ONLY intended for
customers in the U.S.A. and Canada.
Lithium-Ion batteries are recyclable.
You can help preserve our environment by returning your used rechargeable
batteries to the collection and recycling location nearest you.

When you dispose of a CLIÉ handheld, remove the battery for recycling.
How to remove a rechargeable button battery

Remove the screw from the side
of the CLIÉ handheld with a
Phillips screwdriver.

Remove the battery cover.

Remove the jack of the battery
cord from your CLIÉ handheld.

Pull the ribbon attached to the
battery.
