Fully Compliant with IMS Standards
All of Alcatel-Lucent’s WiMAX Radio Access Network
components are fully compliant with the 3GPP/IMS
and TiSPAN architectures. Main features are:
• Fully standard interfaces with fixed and mobile core
networks
• Over-the-air QoS, dynamically managed per application
type, thanks to Call Acceptance Control (CAC) in the
WiMAX access controller and the base station
• End-to-end QoS management from terminal-to-terminal
or from the terminal to the application server
