Cingular Connection Manager Settings
The "Settings" window allows you to configure the behavior of the Cingular Connection Manager software. Among other things, these settings control how
the client connects to networks, the sounds it produces, when it retrieves updates and how it handles conflicting applications.
To open the settings window, select “Settings…” from the “Tools” menu as shown below:
