Basic Operation
To apply effects to a scene
Apply effects provided with the Effect tray to a scene to make it more
visually interesting.
To apply an effect to a scene, drag it from the Effect tray and drop it on the
Edit tray monitor or the Effect palette.
The effect appears for the duration of the trimmed portion of a scene. You
can adjust the length of the effect as desired.

Click the "Effect" button.
The Effect tray appears.

Click an effect.
The effect is displayed on the effect preview monitor. Check how it
appears.
Note
You can only apply effects to a scene. You cannot add effects to a clip, a piece of
BGM, narration, or to multiple scenes at the same time, or when no scene has been
selected.
