Ensure proper room ventilation to avoid
damage to health due to inhalation
while handling chemicals.
To avoid damage to the plant:
– Only use the detergents and chemicals
recommended for the respective plant
type,
– use other chemicals/ detergents only
with prior approval of the plant manufac-
turer,
– Do not store pH buffer solutions and
chemicals in the switching cabinet (cor-
rosion of contacts and overheating!)
Please follow the local regulations for
disposing off waste water and slag.
To prevent hazardous situations, please fa-
miliarise yourself with the following regula-
tions and guidelines before installing and
starting up the plant:
– EN 60204-1: Electrical equipment of
machines
– Regulations of local energy supply com-
panies
– the respective national statutes of the
legislator

The following instructions indicate a direct
risk. Failure to observe the instruction may
result in death or serious injuries.
Before replacing electrical couplings,
mains or extension cables, you need to
ensure that there is spray water protec-
tion and mechanical strength.
Plants must only be connected to prop-
er earthed power sources.
Recommendation for installation in
electrical connection of the plant:
– Wrong current protection switch for in-
terrupting the mains voltage if the wrong
current exceeds 30 mA for a period of
30 ms;
– Earthing verifier.

Failure to observe the instruction may result
in light injuries or damage to property.
Install the waste water treatment plants
only in areas that permit good ventila-
tion. This is especially important while
topping up chemicals.
Plant maintenance tasks should only be
carried out by
– the customer service centres approved
by the manufacturer,
– by trained technicians.

waste water disposal.
