MISCELLANEOUS

• Illuminating a distant subject
When light from the master flash unit is not strong enough to illuminate a
subject at a distance with a single flash unit (or the camera’s built-in
Speedlight), you can use several Speedlights in combination to produce
pictures with a properly illuminated subject.
Effective Speedlight Placement
—continued
• Position the slave flash unit at the side of the
camera and master flash unit (as illustrated). The
optional SK-7 bracket (p. 56) enables you to easily
set the slave flash unit to the side of the camera
and master flash unit.
