How can I change the frequency of the video sig-
nal? You have to change the frequency of the graphics card.
Windows XP : Change the frequency by selecting Control Panel →
Appearance and Themes → Display → Settings → Advanced → Moni-
tor, and then change the refresh rate under Monitor Settings.
Windows ME/2000 : Change the frequency by selecting Control Panel →

How can I clean the outer case Panel? Disconnect the power cord and then clean the monitor with a soft cloth,
using either a plain water.
Do not leave any detergent or scratches on the case.
Do not let any water enter the monitor.
