INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
The installation location you choose must meet the
requirements listed in this section.
Selecting an installation place
• Check the refrigerator’s dimensions in the table
below before you begin to install it and confirm
it can clear all the doors on its way to the
installation location.
- If the refrigerator cannot clear the doors, you
cannot install it.

• Confirm that the floor is flat.
- If the refrigerator is installed on
an uneven floor, it will cause
vibration and noise.
• Confirm that the floor can
support the weight of the
refrigerator and the food inside
(1102.3 lb (500 kg) total).
• Confirm that the refrigerator will
be within reach of a grounded
wall outlet.
• If the refrigerator is a dispenser
model, confirm that it will be
within easy reach of a water
supply and that the humidity in
the location is low.
- The refrigerator needs easy
access to a water supply for the
water and ice dispensers.
