How to use the nutrition facts.
1. Choose the [Nutrition Facts] button. 2. Choose the desired food.

It shows 4 ingredients in alphabetical order.
To find others, scroll up and down by
pressing the “ , “ buttons.
3. To find a food by its first letter, select the
[Search Alphabetically] button.
4. Select the first letter of the food.

Letters with no nutritional facts will be shown
show in lighter color.
5. Choose the desired food. 6. Nutritional facts about the food are shown.

The screen can be scrolled up and down
