Lighted dial pad
is dim or does
not work
• Make sure you have installed four fully
charged AA batteries (not included)
following the polarity guide in the
battery compartment. (See
Installation beginning on page 2 of
this user’s manual for details.)
• You may not be able to tell that the
dial pad is lit unless the room is dark.
• In order to save the batteries, the
lighted dial pad lights for a few
seconds every time you lift the
handset or press a button, and then
goes out.
