SAFETY WIRE
CROSSBAR
BRACKET
Hook the transformer safety wire onto the crossbar bracket.
Connect the crossbar green wire to the ground in accordance
with local electrical codes.
Connect the transformer white wire to the neutral power line
wire with a wire nut.
Connect the transformer black wire to the hot power line
wire with a wire nut.
Slide the transformer onto the crossbar.
Align the transformer holes with the crossbar holes; replace
and tighten the two #8-32 flat head screws.

Connect the LED-Illuminated Monorail
to the Transformer
Connect the LED-Illuminated Monorail to the standoffs so that
the LED-Illuminated Monorail is secured in place. Refer to the
instruction provided with the standoff.
Make sure that the LED transformer power is off.
Place the power feed housing onto the LED-Illuminated
Completely back out the screw on the power feed cap.
Screw the power feed cap completely to the power feed
housing. Make sure that the power feed cap is not cross
threaded.
Tighten the screw on the power feed cap for proper power
connection.
