Adjust the Power Feed Height
The overall length of the transformer (from top of the
transformer to bottom of the power feed connector) is 41.5”.
The transformer height (H), measured from top of the
transformer to top of the Monorail (when it is installed), is
about 40” when the power feed height is not adjusted. DO
NOT CUT OFF more than 30 inches from the power cord!
The minimum transformer height (H) is 8".
TIP: Adjust the power feed height before installing
the transformer.

Determine the transformer height (H). Add 2" to the desired
height so there is no tension on the cord when it is installed.
For example, if the desired transformer height (H) is 12", then
calculate for 14”. In this example, cut off 26" from the power
feed cord (40” – 14" = 26").
Cut the power feed cord to the desired length.
Starting with one power feed, remove the power feed cap from
the power feed housing.
Loosen the two M3 set screws on power (Do Not Remove)
feed housing with the provided 1.5MM Allen wrench.

Slide the power feed housing down to expose the metal tube.
Open the metal tube slot to unwrap and remove it from the
cord. Discard the metal tube.

1.5MM ALLEN WRENCH
Slide the insulated bushing down to expose the contact post.
Loosen the M3 set screw with the 1.5MM (Do Not Remove)
Allen wrench.
Remove the contact post, insulated bushing, and power feed
housing.
