Connect the LED-Illuminated
Monorails to the Transformer
Push two LED-Illuminated Monorail sections completely onto
the straight isolating connectors.
Tighten the M3 set screws firmly with the provided 1.5 MM
Allen wrench. the set screws which Do Not Over Tighten
may strip the thread.

Remove the power feed caps from the power feed housings.
Completely back out the screw on the power feed caps.
NOTE: The standoffs should be installed to support the
LED- LED- Illuminated Monorails while connecting
Illuminated Monorails to the surface mount transformer.
Refer to the instruction provided with the standoffs.

FEED CAP
Place the combined LED-Illuminated Monorail sections into
the standoffs and power feed housings so that the straight
isolating connector section is located in the middle of the two
power feed housings. Make sure that the LED-Illuminated
Monorail sections are electrically isolated from each
other.
Screw the power feed caps completely to the power feed
housings. Make sure that the power feed caps are not cross
threaded.
Tighten the screw on the power feed caps for proper power

NOTE: It is recommended that two people install the
LED- Illuminated Monorail sections to the standoff and
power feed housings.
