Connect the mounting plate ground wire to a suitable
ground according to local electrical codes.
Connect the black ballast wire to the hot power line
wire with a wire nut.
Connect the white ballast wire to the neutral power line
wire with a wire nut.
Properly place the ballast, all wires, and wire nut
connections into the fixture base.
Mount the fixture by sliding it back onto the mounting
plate and reinstalling the fixture screws (reversal of
figure 1B).

Attach the mounting plate to the electrical box using
the two #8-32 screws provided.

Align the lamp pins with socket slots.
Push the pins all the way into the socket slots and rotate
the lamp until it clicks into place.

shock during relamping, disconnect the power to
the fixture by turning the wall switch off.
