Properly place all wires and wire nut connections in the
electrical box.
Mount the fixture onto the mounting plate and secure it
tightly with the two knurled nuts.

Screw the lamp into the socket.

Install the top shade by aligning it to holes on top of
the fixture and securing it with the two knurled thumb
screws.

shock during relamping, disconnect the power to
the fixture.
