This product is ETL listed and suitable only for indoor dry locations
and approved for use at any height above the finished floor.
CAUTION - RISK OF FIRE
This product requires installation by a qualified
electrician. Before installing be sure to read all
instructions and TURN THE POWER TO THE
ELECTRICAL BOX OFF.

NOTE: Use only your fingers to install the lamp.
Push the lamp pins completely into the socket holes.
Tighten the bottom two set screws with the provided Allen
wrench.

Assemble the Fixture
Thread the cable through the center of the crystal web
and drape it over the socket and lamp; postion it until
desired look is acquired. 2

NOTE: For Mademoiselle no. 2, repeat the step
above with the second layer of crystal web.
