Wind measurement
Turn the wind-vane ball until the aperture in
the casing is in exact alignment with it.
Incomplete opening will falsify your wind
measurement data!
Hold your Alti-Windwatch steadily in one
hand and, with your arm outstretched, point it
precisely in the direction from which you
wish to measure the wind.
Protecting the wind vane
Turn the wind-vane ball until the aperture is
fully closed. In this position, the wind vane is
fully protected.
