CONNECTING SCREW

8-32 X 1/2" MACHINE SCREW

Step 2 (above)
Insert two connecting screws into the holes in the lid and tighten
using supplied screwdriver. DO NOT USE A POWER DRILL TO
ATTACH THESE CONNECTORS. Attach the book holder to the lid by
inserting the connectors in the book holder to the connecting screws
on the lid. Using the supplied screwdriver, turn the screw located in
the plastic connector clockwise until tight.
Step 3 (above right)
Turn the lid over. Attach the two hinges using the 1/2"
long machine screws.
Step 4
Attach the shelf and bottom panels to the right side
using the connecting bolts and hex wrench. Be
sure the slots for the front panel are aligned.
Step 5
Slide the front panel into the slots in the shelf,
bottom and side panel. Be sure the white side of
the front panel is facing the outside.
Step 6
Attach the remaining side panel to the shelf and
bottom panel using the connecting bolts and hex
wrench. Be sure the front panel is completely in the
slot in the side panel.
Step 7
Attach the casters to the bottom of the unit using
four 1/2" long screws per caster.

Step 8
Attach six connecting screws to the top and sides as
shown. Attach the top strips to the connecting screws.
BE SURE THE TOP STRIP WITH THE HINGE HOLES IS
FACING FRONT.
