Follow these instructions carefully to ensure correct fitment and operation.
NOTE!!! The Stock Intake Tube or our 1771 Cold Air Kit Coupler will not fit around the 102MM
Throttle Body. Utilize a custom coupler appropriate to the induction system in use on your vehicle.

STEP 3
•
Disconnect the negative battery terminal in the
trunk. Place a rag over the trunk latch so the lid
wont latch with the battery disconnected.

Disconnect plastic breather hose from tube at the
passenger side valve cover. Now remove the Air Inlet
Tube from the vehicle.
•
Remove the oil cap and the decorative engine
cover by gently pulling up to pop it off the rubber
mounts. Replace the oil cap to prevent debris
from contaminating the oil.
•
Loosen the clamps at the throttle body and
factory air box.

The clip needs to be pushed back then rotated down
while pulling on the hose to release it from the fitting.
