Product Tour
Choose “Product Tour” to go through a brief tour of
TeleNav’s key features.
Product Tour pages are read-only. Choose the BACK
or NEXT softkey to navigate through the pages.
Preferences
You can set the following personal preferences in the Preferences menu. After you
select your new preference, tap the SAVE softkey to save it.
• Name - Edit your name here.
• Route Type - Fastest, Traffic Optimized, Shortest, Prefer Streets, Prefer
Highway, or Pedestrian. The “Traffic Optimized” style will give a route that
minimizes traffic delays. You can choose “Ask me each trip” for a reminder
pop-up every time you start a navigation session.
• Traffic Alerts - You can turn Traffic Alerts on or off.
• Distance Units - Miles/feet or kilometers/meters.
• Moving Maps - 3D Moving Maps.
• Audio Options - Full Audio, Instructions Only, or No Audio. “Instructions
Only” will announce only directional turns and not street names.
• Guide Tones - Choose between English or Spanish to announce your
navigation instructions.
