Find contact information for TeleNav GPS Navigator Customer Support here. Once you are on the Support screen,
you can choose the phone number to quickly call Customer Support, or view additional support information from
your device’s Internet browser.

View your PIN number. Your PIN is used to log into “My TeleNav GPS Navigator” at

http://navpreplan.com

for pre-

planning.

Feedback

TeleNav is always striving to give you the best user experience. The Feedback menu gives you the following
options so you can give us your feedback about how TeleNav GPS Navigator is working for you.

Usefulness – High, Medium, or Low

Frequency – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Less Often (less than monthly)

Speed – Was the speed of TeleNav GPS Navigator’s response time Fast, Average, or Slow?

Most Used – Drive To, Search (Directory), Maps & Traffic (View Maps), or Tools & Extras

Overall Rating – High, Medium, or Low

Occasionally, you may also be asked to provide feedback after a navigation session is finished. To opt out of future
feedback surveys, simply check the box, “Do not ask me for feedback after trips.”

Cancel Subscription

Cancel your TeleNav GPS Navigator subscription directly from your device without
having to call into Customer Support. You can continue using the application until
your next billing cycle. You will be asked to fill out a brief survey on your reason for
cancellation.

NOTE: The “Cancel from Device” option is not valid for day-pass users.
