12.6 Scout Info
You can find specific information about your Scout version, browse new features, and share or rate the app. You can
also leave feedback for feature improvements.
12.6.1 About
Find important information about your Scout account such as the version number you are using. Knowing the exact
version of your software may be helpful if you ever have to call Scout Customer Support.
12.6.2 What’s New
Browse new features in the latest version of Scout. These new features are displayed when you upgrade Scout through
the App Store and launch the app for the first time. If you skipped the preview, you could always view the new features in
this screen.
12.6.3 Share Scout
Share the Scout app with your friends and family through email, text message, Facebook. When your friends and family
use Scout, it is easier to share your ETA for trips and meet up with them.
12.6.4 Leave us Feedback
We are always striving to bring you a better product and welcome your feedback. Send us your suggestions, or let us
know if you are encountering any issues.
12.6.5 Rate Scout
Rate Scout in the App Store. Scout will be placed in a suspended state until you re-launch the app form the iPhone
menu.
12.6.6 Support Information
Find contact information for Scout Customer Support here. View additional support information from your phone’s
Internet browser. If asked by Customer Support, you can also choose the
Send Log button on this page to send an
email with specs about your app and device. This may further help Customer Support troubleshoot your issue.
