The solution for removing exclamation points on two COM4.
After installing XP, it sometimes appears two COM4 (or one
COM4 and one COM5) with exclamation points. To remove them,
please follow the steps below.
In device manager,
it appears two
COM4 with
exclamation points.
Remove COM1,
COM2 and COM4,
and then restart
Windows.
