You can access a training session on the basis of the
date and time.
By pressing the enter button, you can view the
various values (laps, target zone, intensity zone,
and the applicable values).

Note: to view your training session, you can choose
the applicable day (+/- button).
Viewing the training session: the total number of

selected by pressing the toGGLe+/- buttons.
