Preparation / Assembly
• Suitable for: Whipping cream and egg whites.
• Accessories needed: Whisk (9) , whisk coupling (10) .
• Preparation: Fill food into the measuring cup (8) to measure
the volume of food. Place food into a suitable container
(ill. b ).
• Assembly: Insert the whisk (9) into the whisk coupling (10) .
Make sure it clicks securely into place. Connect the whisk
coupling with the power base (4) . Turn the whisk coupling
until it clicks into place.
Connect the power plug (3) to a suitable wall outlet.
• Lower the whisk (9) into the food container. Make sure that the whisk is fully
submerged in the ingredients before starting the appliance. The power base (4)
must neVer be submerged in the ingredients (ill. e ).
Hold power base (4) firmly with one hand and base of mixing container with the
other hand. Select the desired speed control button (5, 6) :

• Use a gentle up-and-down motion to whisk food smoothly.
• To avoid spattering food, do not lift the appliance out of the ingredients during
operation.
• To turn off the unit, release the depressed button (5 or 6) . Let the whisk (9) come to a
complete stop. Only then place the power base (4) on your kitchen table. Disconnect
the plug (3) from the wall outlet.
• remove whisk/adapter assembly from power base before washing.
