2. Type the nickname for the device in the Nickname field.
3. Enter or edit information as necessary.
4. Click OK.
Configuring Planned Ports
You can configure port numbers and types on planned devices.
Note:
To configure planned ports, planned devices must be connected.
1. Right-click a planned device icon and choose Ports from the menu.
2. Click the small triangle next to the port number. The Port Properties dialog
box displays, as shown in
3. Edit the Port Number field.
4. Choose a port type from the Port Type drop-down list.
5. Click OK.
Deleting Planned Devices
To delete planned devices, perform the following:
1. Right-click on the planned device icon and choose Delete from the menu.
