To add a column to a new or existing view:
1. Perform one of the following to select a new or existing view:
• Select View > Create View.
The Create View dialog box is displayed ( Figure 48 on page 94).
• Select View > Edit View and select the view you want to edit.
The Edit View dialog box is displayed ( Figure 50 on page 96).
2. Click the Columns tab.
The Create View dialog box with the Columns tab is displayed (
Figure 49 on page 95).
3. Click Add.
The Create Column dialog box is displayed (
Figure 51 ).

4. Enter information for the new column in the following boxes:
• Label
• Description
5. Select whether the column shows information about products or ports from the Type list.
6. Select an icon to display in the column from the Icon list.
7. Click OK.
8. Select a column from the Available Product List Columns list and click to display the new
column in the Product List.
The column name moves to the Selected Product List Columns list.
9. Click OK.
The new column is displayed in the Product List.
Changing a column on the Product List
To edit labels, definitions, information, and icons of existing Product List columns:
1. Select View > Edit View.
2. Select the view you want to edit.
The Edit View dialog box is displayed (
Figure 50 on page 96).
3. Click the Columns tab.
The Create View dialog box is displayed (
Figure 49 on page 95).
4. Click Change.
