Options
Function
Prefix Type and
Prefix String
By default, the file name of each new captured video
file will be “video” followed by a sequential number. If
you wish to change this prefix to a different arbitrary
text string, select
String in the Prefix Type field and
type the desired characters into the
Prefix String field.
Alternatively, you can choose
Date or Date and Time as
the
Prefix Type.
Format
You can choose for your captured video clips to be
saved in either
3GPP2, or MPEG4 file formats.
Counter Index
By default, sequential numbers are automatically
incorporated into each filename for all new video
files you capture, such as
00000, 00001, 00002, etc. The
number follows the Prefix (explained above). To reset
the numbering to
“00001” for your captured video
files, tap
Reset counter.
Storage Folder
By default, your captured video files will be saved to
your
\My Documents\My Videos\Camcorder folder. The
current “Save” folder is displayed in the
Video tab. If
you wish to change the “Save” folder, tap the
Change...
button. A “tree view” of your existing folders will be
displayed. Select the desired folder, then tap
OK.
Note:
The file size limitation for single picture or video to be sent is 256 KB and
for total size of selected files is 5 MB.

The Settings you specify in the Modes tab play a key part in the
camera Wizard's behavior when you are in a capture mode. You can
access the
Modes tab in either of two ways:
