The Wi-Fi

indicator
blinks red slowly.
The BR-Docs settings are wrong.
1. Connect your computer to your scanner via
Wi-Fi
®
.
2. Launch your computer’s web browser.
3. Type http://10.10.100.1 in the address bar.
4. Click Setting > Brother Online Setting.
5. Configure your account settings for BR-Docs.
The network settings are wrong.
• Set a new correct SSID and password.
• Confirm that the IP address of your access point
is set. If not, activate the DHCP function of your
access point.
The network line is busy.
Wait for a while, and then try to access the network
again.
A system error has occurred.
• Set the Wi-Fi
®
switch to OFF, then set it to ON.
• Press and hold the Power button to turn off the
scanner, and press the Power button to turn on
it.
• Reset the network settings (see Reset network
• If the problem still appears though you tried the
above suggestions, contact the Customer Ser-
vice center in the country where you bought the
scanner.
