Note
z Do not leave objects in the range of motion
of the embroidery frame. The frame may
strike the object and cause a poor finish to
the embroidery pattern.
CAUTION
f
After progressing 5-6 stitches, press
(Start/stop button) to stop the machine.

Use scissors to cut the thread at the beginning
of the stitching.
Cut the thread at the edge of the stitching.
Note
z If the thread is left at the beginning of the
stitching, it may be sewn over as you
continue embroidering the pattern, making it
very difficult to deal with the thread after the
pattern is finished. Trim the thread at the
beginning.

Press
(Start/stop button) again.

The embroidery starts again and stops
automatically with reinforcement after one
color has been completed. When
programmed thread cutting is set, the thread is
cut automatically after reinforcement. In this
case, go to step
j

Press
(Thread cutter button) once.

The needle is raised and the threads are cut.

Raise the presser foot lever.

z If the embroidery foot is not raised, the
upper thread cannot be replaced.
● Use the embroidery frame that matches
the size of the pattern being embroidered.
Otherwise, the embroidery frame may be
hit by the embroidery foot and cause
injury or needle breakage.
