MAINTENANCE
WING GEARBOX
The gearboxes should not require additional
lubricant unless the box is cracked or a seal is
leaking. It is recommended that the dipstick be
removed after every 8 to 10 hours of operation and
oil added until it shows proper level on dipstick.
Dipstick is in top of main housing.
Use Multi-Purpose Gear Oil P/N 00786250.
Gearbox capacity is 3 quarts in each box.
DIVIDER GEARBOX
The Test Plug and filler pressure for the Divider
Gearbox are located on the right side of the input
shaft.
Do not overfill. If gearboxes are filled above Test Plug Level, pressure under working
conditions may cause Grease Seals to leak.
Use Multi-Purpose Gear Oil P/N 00786250 with a capacity of 2 quarts.
