Unpacking

1. Whenunpacking,makesurethatthemachineisintactandundamaged.

2. PleasecheckthatthefollowingitemsareincludedwithyourAirCompressor.

–OilBottle

–AirFilter

–OilBreatherCap

3. Ifanypartsaremissingorbroken,pleasecallour

customerservicesat1-800-232-1195.

4. YourAirCompressorrequiresminimumassembly.Remove

thepartsfromthecarton.

Air Filter Installation (Fig. 3)

ThisAirCompressorisshippedwithaplasticplugintheairfilterhole.
Beforeoperatingthisunit,removetheplugandconnecttheairfilter(Fig3).

Add Oil and Install Oil Breather Cap (Fig. 4 & 5)

1. YourAirCompressorshipswithoutoilintheCrankcase.

Note: BEFORESTARTINGYOUAIRCOMPRESSORYOU

MUSTADDOILTOTHECRANKCASEASDESCRIBED

BELOW.

2. PlaceyourAirCompressoronlevelground.

3. RemovetheOilShippingPlugfromtheOilFillHole

locatedonthetopofthecasecoverattherear

oftheAirCompressor(Fig.5).

4. SlowlypourtheoilintotheOilFillHoleuntiltheoil

levelrisestothecenterofthereddotontheOil

SightGlass(Fig.5).

5. InstalltheOilBreatherCapintotheOilFillHole.
