flow of water over the en¬tire Saw Blade while cutting . Never cut anything if the water
flow is not continuous .
2 . Prior to draining the Water Tray, first place a large bucket under the Drain Plug .
Remove the Drain Plug located at the bottom of the Water Tray . Once drained,
replace the Drain Plug .
NOTE: You may also pull out the Water Tray from the Tile Saw and pour out the water.
3 . After draining the water, rinse Tray to remove any silt .
NOTE: Before moving the machine, the water tray should be drained.
E. MAKING A STRAIGHT PULL CUT
WARNING! Wear the correct personal protection equipment .
1 . Push the cutting block away from the operator until it reaches the end .
2 . Position the tile on the cutting table .
3 . Properly set the measuring guide and squaring tool .
4 . Adjust the Angle Guide as needed so that the tile rests against the measuring guide
and squaring tool (Fig . 13) .
5 . Pull the cutting block slowly towards the tile to be cut . (Fig . 14)
6 . When you have completed the cut, push cutting block away and remove the cut
pieces and any debris from cutting surfaces .

F. MAKING A STRAIGHT PUSH CUT
1 . Remove the table and lock the motor head .
2 . Follow the same procedure as outlined in the section “To Make A Straight Pull Cut”
to position the tile on the cutting table and adjust the angle guide .
3 . Push the cutting table slowly towards the blade to cut the tile/stone . (Fig . 15)
4 . When you have completed the cut push motor trolley/blade away and remove the
cut pieces and any debris on cutting surfaces .
G. MAKING A DIAGONAL CUT
1 . Loosen the locking knob on the Angle Cutting Guide and position the Angle Cutting
Guide at the desired angle to the Scale Rail . Then, retighten the locking knob
(Fig . 16) .
2 . Follow the same procedure as Straight Cut to cut the tile .
