Empty carbon, distributor tube and gravel into a disposable
container and wash all parts clean. Discard the old dis-
tributor tube.
Reassemble unit by centering new distributor tube (includ-
ed in mineral package 136227) in tank and cover top end
of tube with masking tape to prevent gravel and carbon
from entering the tube. Using mineral package 136227,
pour in gravel and then the carbon, keeping the distributor
tube centered in the tank opening. Remove cover from
distributor tube and reinstall the distributor head.
The filter may now be reinstalled under the sink following
the installation instructions. Refer to start up instructions
before using the filter. NOTE: Record date carbon was
replaced for future reference.
